From the North of France : In Grenoble, take Sisteron direction until Monestier de Clermont, then D8A to Gresse en Vercors.
From the South of France : motorway to Sisteron and RN 75 following Grenoble, Veynes, Col de Lus la Croix Haute, Monestier de Clermont, Gresse en Vercors or motorway to Montélimar, Die, Clelles, Monestier de Clermont, Gresse en Vercors.
In summer, possibility of passing by Saint Michel les Portes and La Bâtie (shorter).
Otherwise, go by the motorway until Montélimar, cross Die, Clelles, and, to Monestier de Clermont take the direction of Gresse in Vercors.
Since March 21st, 2007, the motorway A51 from Grenoble arrives until Monestier de Clermont, to only 15 km of Gresse!
